<p>Pilav malzemeleri:</p>

<li>2,5su bardagi baldo pirinc</li>
<li>1 kutu konserve bezelye (suyu suzulmus)</li>
<li>2 adet orta boy havuc (kucuk kup seklinde dogranmis)</li>
<li>1 yemek kasigi kus uzumu</li>
<li>3 yemek kasigi tereyagi</li>
<li>3 su bardagi kaynar su</li>
<li>1 et tablet</li>

<p>Pilavin  Yapilisi:</p>
<ol>
<li>Pirinci kaynar suda yaklasik 1-2 saat bekletelim</li>
<li>Sonra suzup pilav tenceresinde tere yagla bir iki cevirerek kavuralim</li>
<li>Uc su bardagi kaynar suyu,tuzu, kup kup dugranmiss havucu bezelyeyi,kus uzumu,et tableti,hepsini tencerenin icine ilave edip , pisirelim</li>
<li>Suyunu ceker cekmez ocagi kapatip, uzerine bir havlu ortup demlenmeye birakalim.</li>
</ol>
<p>Etin pisirilmesi:</p>

<li>Tum et malzemelerini bir tencereye koyup orta ataste et yumusayincaya kadar pisirelim.</li>
<li>Pisen etin suyunu suzup kizgin tavaya tereyagi koyup eti cevirerek birazcik kizartalim.</li>
<li>Diger yandan pilavi karistirip kek kalibina iyice sıkıstırarak bastiralim.</li>
<li>Servis tabagina kalibi ters cevirelim.</li>
<li>Uzerine kizarmis eti duzgun bir sekilde yerlestirelim.<br />
