<p>Yapilisi:</p>
<ol>
<li>Hamsi baligimizi temizleyip yikayalim,bir kevgirde suyunu suzmeye birakalim.</li>
<li>İyice suyu suzuldukten sonra tuzlayip biraz bekletelim.</li>
<li>Pirinci sicak suda bekletip suzelim.</li>
<li>Tencerey zeytinyagi , fistigi koyup pembelesene kadar kavuralim.</li>
<li>Sonra pirinc, kus uzumu, tuz ilave edip  kavurmaya devam edelim.</li>
<li>2 su bardagi kaynar suyu ilave edip bir tasim kaynadiktan sonra ocagimizi kapatip demlenmeye birakalim.</li>
<li>Bir mudet bekledikten sonra pilava kara biberi ilave edip karistiralim.</li>
<li>Yayvan teflon bir tencereye baliklarimizi resimde gordugunuz gibi ikiser sira dizeleyelim.</li>
<li>Dizeleme islemi bittiginde,pilavin yarisini tencereye koyalim,</li>
<li>Uzerini bir kasik yardimiyla duzleyip,bir kat daha hamsi doseyelim.</li>
<li>Sonra kalan pilavida koyup uzerine tekrar kalan hamsileri doseyelim.</li>
<li>Doseme islemi bitince uzerine zeytin yagi gezdirip kapagini kapatip kisik ateste cevirerek her yerinin pismesini saglayalim.</li>
<li>Ocaktan indirip yaklasik 5 dakika bekledikten sonra servis tabagina tenceremizi ters cevirelim</li>
<li>Limon dilimleri ve kiyilmis maydonozla susleyelim.</li>
